Welcome to SLabs Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a software development company committed to providing digital solutions while safeguarding the privacy and confidentiality of our clients (“you”).

This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and regulations that may apply based on your location and our processing activities (collectively, “Applicable Privacy Laws”). 

If you are located in the United Arab Emirates, UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (45) of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) may apply to certain processing activities, subject to applicable exemptions and any relevant free-zone legislation.

By accessing our website, using our software products, or engaging our development services, you acknowledge the terms of this policy.

We may collect the following categories of personal data, depending on how you interact with us:

A) Personal data you provide to us

  • Identification/Professional data: name, job title, company, professional profiles, and similar details.
  • Contact data: email, phone number, business address.
  • Communications: messages you send to us, meeting notes, inquiry details.

You are responsible for ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date.

B) Information collected automatically (website/technical)

When you visit or use our website, we may automatically collect:

  • Log and usage data: diagnostic, usage, and performance data (e.g., page views, access times, referring URLs, clickstream data, searches, and similar).
    Device data: device identifiers, browser type, operating system, device model, ISP/mobile carrier, and related configuration data.
  • IP address and approximate location: inferred from IP address or device settings (imprecise location). In some cases (only if enabled and with appropriate notice/permissions), device settings may allow more precise location.

Note: Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected such data, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

3. When and With Whom We Share Personal DataData Controller

We may share personal data with:

  • Service providers / processors (e.g., hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, customer support tools) under contractual obligations;
  • Professional advisers (e.g., legal, accounting, audit);
  • Affiliates (if applicable) for internal administration and service delivery;

  • Customers where we act as Processor for customer project data.

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

  • Right to Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent): To withdraw your consent at any time for processing that relies on consent (e.g., optional cookies or marketing where required). Withdrawal will not affect processing that occurred before you withdrew consent.
  • Right to Object to Automated Processing: To contest decisions made solely by automated systems (AI/Algorithms) that have legal effects on you.

Marketing preferences: You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications (e.g., service-related messages or responses to your requests).

Complaints: Where provided by law, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority/regulator in your jurisdiction.
